Cancellation and Refund Policy

Steps Software Solutions (PVT) limited takes pride in our commitment to our customers and we do all the preparatory work ahead of the commencement of a training course. Due to the cost of preparation to our training, cost of the lab infrastructure, product license management, and upfront taxes and fees, we regret to inform you that we do not have a 100% refund policy.

We understand that as a subscriber to our product or as a registrant to our training course, you may change your mind or may face a personal situation that you may no longer need our product or service.

Our product license subscriptions are not refundable, once you logged into our product or after 7 days of subscription.

Cancellation policy for the registration fees for our training courses may vary depending on the situation. Most of our training courses are conducted to a group of individuals through group registration with pricing determined by the number of participants. In such cases, cancellation either as an Individual participant or as a group is considered only up to 15 days before the commencement of the training. If you are within the period allowed for cancellation, please submit your request to us with the following details:

• Your legal name
• Amount Paid
• Payment Currency
• Payment Date
• Your organization name (applicable for group registration for training)
• Our Product Name (If subscription related)
• Training Course Name (If training related)
• Training Course Start Date (If training related)
• Reason for the request (Justification on why you would like to cancel the registration or the subscription)

We will respond within 48 Hours of the receipt of the request either to deny or approve the cancellation. For an approved cancellation, a refund will be calculated at our discretion and issued within 14 calendar days. Refund amount would vary depending on the situation. Under no circumstances, taxes and other fees will be refunded.

However, Steps Software Solutions takes customer satisfaction seriously. Our products and training courses are designed to give our customers the best value for their money. In a rare case where we fell short of your expectations, we would love to hear your feedback. We at our discretion, may provide you an alternate training course or extend the subscription period of our product license.

In the event, we needed to cancel or reschedule a training course, we will inform the registrant as early as possible and provide the alternative options to choose from.
